➡️ Create a Single Task Manually
To manually create a single task in a plan, click on the Task Icon in the toolbar and select the desired task type. You can choose between an installation task with a checklist, a revision task, and a special task. Then assign a task name in the side menu that opens, select a checklist, and finally click Place Tasks. Afterwards, place the task by clicking on the desired location in the plan. If you want to create multiple tasks with the same name and checklist, you can place them one after another directly. The menu below also offers the option to create multiple tasks along a route. To do this, select the lower area in the menu, draw the route in the plan, and enter the number of tasks to be created in the menu as well. When finished, press the Create button.
If you do not need a checklist for the task to be created, you can also place it without selecting a checklist. Then place as many tasks as you need, or choose in the bottom menu bar how many should be placed in a row. When you are done, select the Create button in the menu bar.
You can create manual tasks both in the plan preparation area and in the plan view.
📣Note:
Manual tasks are especially suitable for marking revisions, missing preliminary work, and other construction obstructions and to notify colleagues in the office. How this process might proceed is further explained here, among other places: 🔄Revisions
