Changes on construction sites are inevitable and often pose a challenge. Changes to plans recorded on the construction site must be implemented by the technical planners as part of the revision process. The updated plans must be handed over to the construction site at short notice.
 

Challenges for the executing trades

Documentation in plans:

  • Transfer documentation from the construction site in a traceable manner to the technical system planners so that plan changes can be adopted accordingly

Creation of As-Built plans:

  • Creation of As-Built plans at the end of the project based on handwritten documentation, especially for construction projects with long durations, is very time-consuming

Exchange of plans:

  • Plan changes must be communicated to the construction site team and outdated plans withdrawn from circulation to prevent construction according to old plan versions
