Recognizing Revisions at a Glance
The technical system planner in the office can filter for revisions generally and/or specifically by tasks assigned to them in the plan overview of the CENDAS project, allowing them to see if new revisions have occurred. They can then directly incorporate these into the plans and, if necessary, ask questions within the revision tasks.
We explain exactly how the filter works in the following section:
- Click on the filter icon in the upper right corner
- Then select Revision under task types and choose the status Not started
- Optionally, you can then select your name under persons
This way, CENDAS shows you all revision tasks assigned to you. You can now view the plans and filter revisions in the task area according to the same principle and process them collectively.
