In the CENDAS app, revision needs are easily marked by simply indicating them on the plan. The information in the revision task is automatically sent to the responsible person, ensuring smooth communication and execution of the revision directly from the system.

📣 This step is useful so that you can take advantage of all the benefits CENDAS offers. Tasks in general enable tracking of progress and therefore provide simplified documentation. By setting a revision task, the revision progress can be easily tracked and ensures smooth communication.
- Now set a revision task at the same location. Enter a description of the revision (example: “Move radiator”) in the task name. Select “Revision” as the checklist.
- After setting the task, you can, if needed, explain a more detailed revision in a comment and/or add photos.
- Finally, assign the technical system planner as the responsible person under the “Information” tab.
- If another person needs to be informed about the revision who is not the responsible person, they can be mentioned in the comment section with @Name.
