💡 Drawing on plans offers you various functions to work on digital plans just as you are used to with analog plans.

You can find the various functions for drawing on digital plans in the toolbar within the plan view.

➡️ Lines and Arrows
To draw a line, polyline, or arrow on the plan, click on the Line Icon in the toolbar and then select either Line, Polyline, or Arrow.
Line and Arrow: With the first click on the plan, you set the starting point of the line or arrow, and with the second click, the end point.
Polyline: With the first click on the plan, you set the starting point of the line, with each additional click the following points, and with a double-click the end point.
➡️ Clouds, Rectangles, and Polygons
To draw a cloud, rectangle, or polygon on the plan, click on the Rectangle Icon in the toolbar and then select either Cloud, Rectangle, or Polygon.
You draw a cloud or a rectangle on the plan by setting the top left corner with the first click and the bottom right corner with the second click.
You draw a polygon on the plan by clicking to set each corner of the area until the space closes (end point = start point).
📣Note:
If you want to create a shape in a different color or thickness, change this in the color and thickness selection at the end of the toolbar.
➡️ Writing
To insert a text box on the plan, click on the Text Icon in the toolbar and then select the desired text size. In addition to the options Small, Medium, and Large, you can also define a custom size. Then click on the spot in the plan where you want the text to appear and enter your text. The text box will expand to the right as you type. Line breaks are possible using the Enter key.

If you want to create a shape in a different color or thickness, change this in the color and thickness selection at the end of the toolbar.
➡️ Freehand Drawing
To draw freely on the plan, click on the Pen Icon in the toolbar and then select Pen. Then move the mouse pointer to the place on the plan where you want to draw and do so while holding down the left mouse button. Release when you are finished.

If you want to write with the pen in a different color or thickness, change this in the color and thickness selection at the end of the toolbar.
➡️ Highlighter
To highlight specific areas on the plan, click on the Pen Icon in the toolbar and then select Highlight. Then move the mouse pointer to the place on the plan where you want to highlight and do so while holding down the left mouse button. Release when you are finished.
