💡 You can organize your construction plans in folders within CENDAS to keep a better overview.

📌 CENDAS Plans
Here you can upload new plans, manage existing plans, and organize them into folders.
➡️ Create Folder
To create a new folder, click on Add New Folder at the bottom right. New folders will be listed at the end of any existing folders. Then assign a name and confirm the entry by pressing Enter.
➡️ Rename Folder
To rename a folder, first open the tile menu of a folder by clicking on the three vertical dots to the right of its name. Then select Rename Folder. Now assign a new name and confirm the entry by pressing Enter.
📣Note:
Folders are arranged alphabetically. Therefore, the position of the renamed folder may change in the order.
➡️ Delete Folder
To delete a folder, first open the tile menu of a folder by clicking on the three vertical dots to the right of its name. Then select Delete Folder. Confirm the warning message displayed and click Delete again.
❗Important:
When you complete this action, all plan files contained in the folder as well as all tasks created on them will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
➡️ Add Plans to Folders
After you have created a folder, you can drag and drop plans from the section “Unassigned to Folder” into it. To do this, click on the vertical double row of dots to the left of a plan name and hold down the left mouse button to drag the plan into the light blue field of a created folder, where you then release it.
By clicking the checkboxes to the left of the plan names, you can select multiple plans and move them simultaneously.
📣Note:
Plans can also be moved between different folders in the same way.
