📌 Tasks
Here you can view all tasks separately from the plan view. They are sorted alphabetically.
➡️ Filtering
Using the filter button at the top right of the image, you can filter by the criteria “Task type, status, areas, people, time, and attachments.”
Here you should filter for the tasks relevant to you – for example, by defects for a defect report.
➡️ Creating a Report
Using the blue clipboard button at the top of the image, you can now create a report. This is based on all previously filtered tasks.
A side window will open where you must select a folder from the project files in which the report will be saved.
In addition to a title, you can also enter a description of the report.
Finally, choose whether the due date, comments, attached documents, photos, and/or the CENDAS link to the task should be embedded in the report.
Now press the Create button. A window will open that can be closed again. The report will be created in the background and then placed in the previously selected folder.
This process may take a moment (1-2 minutes).
➡️ Downloading
To do this, select the corresponding report in the project files. Then click on the 3 vertical dots next to the file name.
In the following window, click on Download file and the file will be saved locally on your device.
➡️ Exporting Multiple Reports
You can also export reports to make them available, for example, to the client.
Select the folder in the project files that you designated as the target folder for your previously created report. When you hover the mouse pointer over a tile, you can check a box there. This allows you to select the file you want to download. Once the report is selected, you can save the file on your device by clicking thedownload button at the bottom right of the image.
📣 Note:
You can also perform a multi-selection to download multiple reports at once. To do this, mark the corresponding reports and then click on Download selection
