📌 CENDAS Plans
You can find the functions to edit elements on the plan in the toolbar both within the plan view and the plan preparation.
➡️ Multiple Editing
To move multiple elements together on the plan, click the arrow icon at the top of the toolbar and then select Multiple Editing.
Then select the area in which you want to edit the corresponding elements. After marking the area, select the elements you want to move. You can choose between tasks, drawings, texts, and areas. You can combine these as you like or select all. Click the buttons to do so.
The system highlights the elements that will be moved with the current selection in color. You can then drag and drop your elements to the desired position on the plan.
➡️ Moving Elements
To move an element on the plan, click the arrow icon at the top of the toolbar and then select Move Elements. Then click the respective element on the plan and drag it to the desired position while holding down the mouse button.
➡️ Editing Elements
To edit an element on the plan, click the arrow icon at the top of the toolbar and then select Edit Elements. Then click the respective element on the plan and make the desired changes. For text fields, you can change the text. For rooms, lines, arrows, and polygons, you can change their shape by dragging the blue circles.
Another way to edit your elements is by selecting your elements with a right-click.
Then the sidebar opens, where you can edit your elements. You can also adjust the size of your elements by dragging the blue circles.
❗Important:
On mobile devices, this works by pressing and holding the element you want to select.
➡️ Removing Elements
To remove an element on the plan, click the trash can icon at the end of the toolbar and then click on all elements on the plan that you want to delete. Exit the delete mode by clicking the trash can icon again or by pressing the Esc key.
If you delete a task this way, additionally confirm the appearing warning message by clicking Delete.
❗Important:
When you complete this action, the task—including any already recorded processing status as well as contained comments, images, etc.—will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
