I want to cancel my paid subscription to CENDAS.app. What options do I have?

The easiest way to cancel your paid subscription is by clicking on “Subscription” in the left navigation column. Afterwards, the different subscription items will be displayed. When you click on an item, the details will be shown and you will have the option to click “End Subscription” there. Cancellation can be made on the last day of the service period until 11:59 PM.

You also have the option to cancel in writing via email to: support@cendas.net. Please let us know the cancellation date on which the cancellation should take effect. The earliest possible cancellation date here is also at the end of the service period until 11:59 PM. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
