Overview of Task Types
🔧 Component Tasks
💡Each component is assigned a task that contains the work steps that must be carried out for the installation of the respective component. The construction progress results from checking off the completed work steps, which can be evaluated in great detail (e.g., at the component level) or summarized by room/area.
Learn here how you can create tasks with little effort:
➡️ Create Tasks
To create tasks for components with an assigned checklist, select the components in the left component sidebar or directly in the plan by clicking, and press Create Tasks at the lower right corner of the plan preparation.
The created tasks are now displayed to the rest of the project team in the plan view and can be checked off there.
🏠 Room Tasks
Room tasks include the work steps required to complete a room.
📣 Note: Particularly useful for smaller construction projects or renovation assignments

➡️ Create Individual Tasks Manually
To manually create an individual task in a plan, click on the Task Icon in the toolbar and select the desired task type. You can choose between an installation task with a checklist, a revision task, and a special task. Then assign a task name in the side menu that opens, select a checklist, and finally click Place Tasks. Afterwards, place the task by clicking at the desired location in the plan. If you want to create multiple tasks with the same name and checklist, you can place them one after another directly. The menu at the bottom also allows you to create multiple tasks along a route. To do this, select the lower area in the menu, draw the route in the plan, and enter the number of tasks to be created in the menu as well. When the process is complete, press the Create button.
If you do not need a checklist for the task to be created, you can also place it without selecting a checklist. Then place as many tasks as you need, or choose in the bottom menu how many should be placed in a row.
When you are finished, select the Create button in the menu bar.
