With CENDAS, you can upload your necessary inspection protocols or other documents in advance to then attach them to your task. You can also organize them into folders to find the relevant inspection protocols more quickly.
To upload files and templates in CENDAS so they can be used and edited, go to the Project Files section in the menu bar. It is advisable to create a suitable folder structure here. You can do this via the “Create Subfolder” button at the bottom of the image. Similar to your own PC, this allows you to store files in a meaningful way. You can upload files into the respective folder by clicking the “+ Add File” button at the bottom right of the browser, selecting the file relevant to you, and opening it.
The only requirement for your document to be editable in CENDAS is that your created PDF document was explicitly designed as a form with real form fields.

You can easily upload forms to the CENDAS file folder so they are always available as templates and you can add new tickets. This significantly simplifies the creation of documents such as daily wage work reports or defect reports and makes the process straightforward. You always have the option to attach forms to a ticket to keep all relevant information in one place. This promotes efficiency and accuracy in documentation and communication within the project.
