Depending on the type of documented defect, different follow-up actions are necessary. Among other things, communication with the client or other trades as well as rectification of the defect may be required. In any case, defect tasks support tracking the current processing status and documentation by checking off the checklist and the option to add further comments and photos.
Filter tasks assigned to me
Filter within a plan
To display only specific tasks on the plan, use the filter at the top right of the app. The filter options include checklists, responsible person, task type, status, due date, and last modified by. You can also apply multiple filters simultaneously. Additionally, you can hide already completed tasks to focus on the remaining work. The most recently used filters are displayed to the left of the filter icon for quick access. Activated filters are highlighted in light blue, while deactivated filters are gray.
Filter in the plan overview
The filters are also available in the plan overview. This allows you to see in the upper right corner of the plan tiles how many tasks on the respective plans match the activated filters without having to go through each plan individually. Additionally, the status bar at the bottom of the plan tiles adapts to this filtering and shows you at a glance the status of the filtered tasks.
Check off tasks
To check off a task, open it by clicking on its pin in the plan. You have the following options for checking off:
| Check off completed work steps in the checklist in the side menu that opens. The color of the task changes automatically according to the processing status. | |
| If a work step was not necessary, you can mark the corresponding checkbox with a gray minus by clicking twice. | |
| If a work step cannot be carried out (for example, due to a construction obstruction), you can mark the corresponding checkbox with a red cross by clicking three times. The task is now blocked, so its status and color will not change further until the blockage is lifted. |
Add comments and documents/photos
💡 This step allows CENDAS to document your processing history (including delays, etc.) and the progress of the processing or the final elimination of the fault/defect using images
To add a comment and/or a photo to a task, expand the comments section. Enter your comment in the field and send it by clicking the blue arrow next to the input field. Add a photo by clicking the paperclip and opening the image in the file explorer that appears. You can also add multiple images at once.
Optional: Assign a responsible person
To assign a responsible person and/or a due date to a task, expand the Information section below the checklist and select the responsible person and/or due date there.
