Tasks can be assigned to components, rooms, or cycle areas and include work steps that must be carried out for the installation of the corresponding component or the completion of a cycle area. Checking off work steps changes the displayed progress status of the respective component or room.
To document a defect and communicate it to the responsible person, proceed as follows:
- Place a manual task at the appropriate location in the plan. Briefly indicate the defect in the task name. Select “Defect” as the checklist and “Construction site disturbance” as the task type. Learn here how to create manual tasks: 🔷Create tasks manually
- After creating the task, you can explain the defect in more detail in a comment and/or add photos if needed.
- Finally, assign the responsible person (visible in the video from second 14)
If you have questions about the task contents, you can continue to exchange in the task comments.
📣 CENDAS also gives you the option to more precisely specify the type of defect via checklists. For example, you can use the predefined checklists, customize them, or create a new checklist.
