In this update, you will find several improvements that will noticeably save you time in your daily work.

The new checklist management

Many of you have been waiting for this: With this update, the new global checklist management is launching.

• Changes to checklists now apply across projects.
• New table view for searching, sorting, and filtering. Categories instead of folders for more flexibility.
• Create and edit directly in the sidebar.
• Clear roles & permissions, e.g., edit, duplicate, or lock.

Note: Existing tasks remain unchanged.

Simply faster:

More efficient work & secure deletion

More efficient in many areas:

• Multiple own tasks, drawings, texts, or shapes can be deleted simultaneously.
• Clear notice when permission is missing.
• Undo deletion if too much was removed by mistake.
• New tool "Free selection" for precise multiple selection.
• Revised toolbar and new context menus.
• Optimization of form creation.

Further bug fixes

Additionally, as always, we have made improvements in many places, fixed minor bugs, and further enhanced the user experience.
