Checklist Management in CENDAS
What are Checklists?
Checklists contain all the work steps; they are your to-do list displayed within a task to complete a job. When creating a new project, you will always see the current checklist status.
The new checklist management allows you to apply subsequent changes and new checklists to existing projects.
To manage the checklists, proceed as follows:
Project Overview - Global Templates - Checklists
1. Preparing the Checklists
1.1. Create Checklist
Click on "+ Create Checklist" at the bottom right to create a new checklist:
A window will open on the right.
Fill in all important and necessary information:
|
First, assign a clear designation. Choose an abbreviation (2-3 letters).
If you want, you can further describe your checklist.
With the new detail "Categories," you can now better filter your checklists.
From now on, you decide where your checklists appear. Share them in all projects, only in selected ones, or deliberately exclude a project.
You also decide on the work steps within a checklist. (How to create or change a status, you can find out here.)
|
1.2. Bulk Deletion of Checklists
|
You can delete multiple checklists at once by activating the checkbox next to each respective checklist. |
1.3. Edit Checklists Afterwards
You can edit your checklists afterwards.
❗Important:
All changes are from now on project-wide.
Furthermore, all project-specific checklists that differ from the global checklists are transferred to the global management.
|
|
Simply open an existing checklist by clicking on it and change what needs to be changed.
Add, for example, another work step.
Don't forget to save!
|
1.4. Filter and Sort Checklists
You decide on the view and presentation of the checklist overview.
|
|
The new filter function allows you to precisely include and exclude which checklists are shown to you.
