Delete Individual Users (Global Level)

Please contact your company first.

Authorized users: Open the app "Manage Users" → select user → confirm "Delete". Access will be revoked immediately.

Delete Entire Company Account

Please send an email to support@cendas.net (including company name, customer number/contract details, and contact person). We will verify authorization and initiate the deletion/cancellation process.

Data Protection & Retention

We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy of CENDAS GmbH. After an account deletion, personal data will be deleted no later than 90 days after deletion, unless legal retention obligations prevent this. Contract/billing data may be retained for a longer period as required by law. Questions about your rights (access, deletion, restriction, etc.): datenschutz@cendas.net.
