Flexible Reports in CENDAS
What are flexible reports?
With our flexible reports, you have the option to export all the information you have documented in your tasks as a PDF. Using various settings, you can create as many report templates as you like and tailor them to your use cases.
You can access the report templates via the following path: Global Templates -> Reports
Under "Create new report template" you start configuring your templates.
1. Preparing the Template
Work through the individual tabs step by step.
1.1. Basic Information
Name your template clearly so you can find it again at any time, and optionally add an additional description.
You can categorize your reports by selecting the report type.
1.2. The Cover Letter
For each report template, you can design a cover letter according to your wishes.
Assign a headline, decide on the layout and to what extent the cover letter should still be editable when creating the report.
1.3. The Footer
Create a footer with the desired information and decide how you want to use it.
1.4. Export Settings
Now you can decide how your export should be named. The naming is done numerically ascending per date.

2. Support-Report_20250603-2
1.5. Formatting
You can also fine-tune the formatting and decide on various details with just a few clicks.
1.6. Attachments
You can decide whether and how to send images and documents from your tasks separately.

You can decide how you want to display the plan section in the report.
