This is not an error, but intentional. In the “Time Tracking” section of the construction diary, you need to enter employees manually. Automatic suggestions are only available for people who have already been recorded in this construction diary before.

Why is that?

There is no direct link between the project users and the time tracking. This has a good reason:

• More flexibility: You can enter any person into the construction diary without them necessarily having to be set up as a licensed user in the project.
• No additional costs: If every person entered required a valid license, this could become expensive and complicated for customers – especially if there are many temporary employees or accounts no longer in use.
