📌 CENDAS Plan View
Here you can work with the digital plans, for example by ticking off tasks and adding comments and images if needed.
➡️ Indicate progress for individual components
To tick off a task, open it by clicking on its pin in the plan. You can mark the status of a work step as follows:
| Click once on the checkbox to mark a work step as completed. | |
| Click twice on the checkbox to indicate that this work step was not necessary. | |
| Click three times on the checkbox to indicate that this work step was not feasible (for example, due to a construction obstruction). The processing status is now blocked until the work is marked as completed or not necessary. |
➡️ Indicate progress for multiple components
To select multiple tasks at once, click on the arrow icon in the toolbar and then on multi-selection. Then define the area on the plan by clicking where the tasks should be selected.
Tick off multiple components at once
In the side menu, all tasks grouped by components located in the area you defined will be displayed. Tap the component for which you want to document the construction progress and tick off the corresponding work steps.
📣 Note: If the selected tasks of a component have different processing statuses, this will be shown by question marks in the checkboxes. To bring the tasks to the same processing status, you can overwrite the question marks by clicking on them.
Edit multiple tasks at once
Additionally, you can use the bulk edit function and after selecting the desired components, assign a responsible person and a due date for them.
➡️ Indicate progress for areas
If you have already created areas during plan preparation, you can retrieve the progress status of these by following these steps:
- Select the area you want to view and click on it.
- An overview opens with all tasks located within this area.
- You can of course also apply filters in this area to make the view clearer.
➡️ Add comments and images
To add a comment and/or an image to a task, open it by clicking on its pin in the plan. Then expand the comments section. Enter your comment in the field and send it by clicking the blue arrow next to the input field. To add an image, click on the paperclip and open the image in the file explorer that appears. You can also add multiple images at once.
