➡️Create Manual Tasks for Additional Work
📣This step is useful so that you can take full advantage of everything CENDAS offers. Tasks in general enable tracking of activities and seamless documentation of additional work and day labor on the construction site.
- Place a manual task at the location in the plan where you performed the additional work/day labor and assign the checklist “Supplement” to the task.
- After creating the task, you can, if needed, enter a detailed description of the activity in the comments and attach the relevant form from the file manager and fill it out directly in the app.
How to create manual tasks is explained here: 🔷Create Tasks Manually
Afterwards, you can assign the task to the project manager; how to do this is shown in the next part:
➡️Assign Responsible Persons and Due Dates
💡It is also possible with CENDAS to assign tasks to an employee and set a due date for the tasks. This facilitates, for example, the coordination and prioritization of tasks on the construction site and enables targeted inquiries in case of uncertainties.
To assign a responsible person and/or a due date to a task, open it by clicking on the pin in the plan. Then expand the Information section under the checklist and select the responsible person and/or due date there.
Edit Multiple Tasks at Once
Furthermore, you can use the bulk edit function and, after selecting the desired components, assign a responsible person and a due date for them.
To assign a responsible person and/or a due date to a ticket, open it by clicking on the pin in the plan. Then expand the Information section under the checklist and select the responsible person and/or due date there.
