📌CENDAS Checklist Management
Here you will find a collection of checklists that have been developed by our customers over the past years. You are welcome to use this collection for your construction projects.
➡️ Adjust Existing Checklists
You can adjust the checklists in your collection at any time by opening the corresponding checklist, making your changes, and clicking Save.
Abbreviation → max. 3 letters or numbers, which are displayed to you on the task pin (📍)
Status → The progress shown when the corresponding step has been checked off
Optional → Indicates that this step does not always have to be performed
📣Note:
Changes to the checklist only affect new projects and not existing ones.
➡️ Create New Checklist
2.1.1 Blank
Via Add Checklist you can create a new checklist that will be available for future projects.
2.1.2 Use Existing Checklist as Template
To use an existing checklist as a template for a new one, open the corresponding checklist and click on Use as Template
➡️ Delete Checklists
You can permanently delete checklists via the Delete function in the tile menu.
❗Important:
Deleting does not affect already existing projects. The corresponding checklist remains available there.
➡️ Create Checklist Groups
You can organize your checklists into groups. Add new groups by clicking on Add Group.
📣Note:
Currently, existing checklists cannot yet be moved into folders.
❓Add Checklists to a Project After Creation
❗Important:
Checklists that you have created in your projects must then be created again in the workflow. There is no automatic synchronization.
If it becomes apparent during the course of the project that a checklist is missing from the collection, it can be added to the project afterwards.
Plans in DWG or DXF format:
- Open the plan preparation
- Click on the 3 dots next to the search bar in the checklist tab
- Then select
Create New Checklist - Create the required checklist
Plans in PDF format:
- Open the plan view
- Set a manual task via the tool list
- Search for your desired checklist
- If the app does not find your checklist, it suggests creating one. Click on
Add: Name of the Checklist - Create the required checklist

Here too, you can use existing checklists as templates.
