❓Question:
What are the main differences between rights at the company level and project level?
đź’ˇAnswer:
The role assigned in project administration determines the rights a user receives at the company level. Rights at the company level concern the management of the entire account or tenant of a company, including user management, license allocation, and global settings.
The user rights a user receives in relation to a project are based on the role assigned to the user for that specific project. This role can be set in the Project Users → Users section. To perform this task, one must have the role of Super Admin or Admin at the company level. The names of the user rights at the project level are: Manage XL and L, Work XL and L, Check XL and L, and View. With the user rights Manage XL and L, one has the most rights within a project.
